How do I place an order?

As soon as possible the manager will contact you, clarify the details and make an accurate calculation of the cost.

Then you need to make a payment.

The application can be cancelled within one day before the start of the tour without penalties, except in cases when the group exceeds 10 people — in this case, the cancellation procedure must be clarified with the manager.

    How long does it take to place an order?
    The order must be placed at least 1-3 days before the start of service. If you have an urgent order, then it is necessary to discuss it with the manager of our company.

      In cash at the office

      By bank transfer for all cities of Kazakhstan through any branch of the bank. Applications are considered paid after our company actually receives the money, usually 3 business days after payment. Please note that banks charge a commission for transactions.

      Cash to the driver (transfers only, or in agreement with the company's managers).

      By bank transfer (only for legal entities).

        What is forbidden to do in the salon?
        It is strictly forbidden in the cabin: smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages, using narcotic substances, leaning out of windows while driving, transporting flammable and explosive substances in the cabin! (If these instructions are not followed, the driver has the right to stop driving and ask to vacate the vehicle.)
          Can the number of people exceed the number of passenger seats in a vehicle?
          The number of passengers must not exceed the number of seats in the vehicle.
          What is included in the transfer price?
          — Meeting the customer with a sign at the airport or at the customer's address;

          — Reserved vehicle (minibus, bus) with driver;

          — Waiting at the customer's address for 15 minutes;

          — Waiting for the customer after landing of the aircraft within one hour, as well as within 30 minutes after the arrival of the train;

          — Paid parking from the moment of arrival of the train, as well as waiting time exceeding one hour after the landing of the aircraft;

          What is not included in the transfer price?
          — Waiting for the customer at the airport (due to flight delay), every hour is paid additionally;

          — Additional time is paid for exceeding the time included in the transfer;

          — Baggage exceeding the permissible limits;

          — Animals in the car interior, they are discussed in advance with the manager or agreed with the driver;

          — When ordering an additional address, it is paid as an hourly car rental;

          Is the transport company responsible for lost items?
          After the end of the trip, passengers are required to check the availability of personal belongings and not leave them in the supplier's transport! (The Company is not responsible for passengers' personal belongings left in the cabin).
